Denim and Diamonds went off with a sparkle!
The 7th Annual gala was a smash thanks to the hard work from co-chairs Courtney G. and Leigh Ann S. Bravo!!
With over 200 people dressed to the nines, Brookside Country Club was filled with a room full of fashionistas, doctors, friends and families that all came for one reason...to support the Heart Center at Nationwide Children's Hospital.
I've been a member of Kinder Key, a women's auxiliary group that raises money for the heart center for the past three years. I joined after I had heart surgery at the heart center at Nationwide Children's Hospital and I wanted to give back and help other hearts in need.
Denim & Diamonds is our group's biggest fundraiser of the year.
Johnny Diloretto emceed the evening, BOMBPOP provided the live music, photos were taken in Shutterbooth's photobooth, floral was donated by Flowers on Orchard Lane and tons of prizes were won!

Many walked out winners with items from our Chinese Auction, silent auction, live auction, Diamond ring raffle and our most popular Diamond Raffle where lucky winners won:
*Jeans for a year at High Street Denim
*Two Southwest Airlines
*A Barrel of Cheer
*A Barrel of Wine
*Opal Pendant from Krysty's Designs
*Bulova Watches - His and Hers
I was disappointed I didn't win Courtney's amazing Lottery Tree in the Chinese Auction though!

On a fashion note, I was pumped to wear my "RENT THE RUNWAY" dress, a Bagdley Mischka which I adored the sparkle! I highly recommend this site which I will get into more detail with in another post!
All in all, if you missed this event mark your calendar for next year where Kinder Key will host you to another wonderful evening! More photos to come!
Thanks for all that volunteered and attended, including fashion blogger and featured Columbus Socialite of the Week, Khola Waddy-Jones!
If you're interested in joining Kinder Key, message me and I'll send you all the details. It's a great group of ladies who like to have fun for a cause!
Eventing off,
Miss C.S.
