Today is bittersweet. It is my last day of work doing events and marketing for a few magazines in town and in a couple weeks I will be starting a new direction with my career.
I will continue to write for Columbus Socialite of course and also will continue coordinating events and weddings and doing PR on the side. (Here's to my own company in the NEAR future!)
With mixed emotions on work and with the strain on my body from training for a full marathon this October, I think a spa day is in need!
Lucky for all of us, next Tuesday, September 11th, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society will be hosting "Spa for a Cure" at 2122 City Gate Drive, Columbus, 43219.
From 6 to 8 p.m. and with a $20 donation, you will be treated with the top of the line day spa quality products from BeautiControl.
If that doesn't get you excited, you'll also be treated with samples of Dove Chocolate.
